Custom-made, personalized, or digital products may not be eligible for return unless defective. Please contact our customer service for specific information about these items.
Contact our customer service team at returns@drmandcompany.com or call us at 1-800-DRM-CO to initiate your return. Please have your order number ready.
Securely package the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of return authorization.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@drmandcompany.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
We are happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or model, subject to availability. Please follow the standard return process and indicate that you would like an exchange. Additional charges may apply if the exchange item is of higher value.
If preferred, we can issue store credit for the value of your return, which never expires and can be used for future purchases.
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days, first check with your bank or credit card company. If the issue persists, contact us.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are only eligible for store credit.
Gift purchases may be returned for store credit. The credit will be issued to the original purchaser.
